• • T.A. is one of two founding directors of Choice Australia Management and is considered the driving force behind the success and longevity of the organisation. T.A. endorses the concept of healthy choice making, positive thinking and responsible behaviour via powerful, passionate and genuine communication to all levels of the community.

    T.A. co-developed the Choice concept and culture in 1997 after creating a crime prevention strategy aimed at children and young people in Cape Town, South Africa.

    An ability to remain focused and disciplined to achieve personal and professional visions has seen the Choice concept and culture go from an idea to a leading and innovative community based not for profit organisation.

    T.A. leads Choice to achieve its constitutional aims and objectives through lateral and forward thinking processes that challenge and change the manner in which people think and act.
