The project involves two elements.

The first element of the project is Event Management, which involves participants working with the Broadmeadow PCYC staff to coordinate and facilitate at least 1 fundraising event to help fund the beautification of the PCYC.

The second element involves general landscaping e.g. creating gardens, paving, and construction of seating to enjoy the gardens around the PCYC and the construction of a water feature under the stairwell inside the PCYC.

Participants will work in teams to plan and coordinate fundraising event(s) as well as to plan and coordinate the landscaping activities.

The planned activities are designed to increase vitality amongst the participants whilst their input will result in recognition from their peers and the community as contributors to the betterment of the community.
